Coffee biscuits
Ingredients
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Butter: 175 g
- Sugar: 75 g
- Mamis Caffè Dolce Vita ristretto: half cup
- mamis Chocolate powder: 50 g
- Cinnamon powder: half a teaspoon
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: a pinch
- Milk: 1-2 tablespoons
Preparation
Soften the butter cut into pieces at room temperature or microwave. Then work the butter in a bowl with a whisk together the sugar and cinnamon until the mixture is creamy. Add a half cup of strong Dolce Vita coffee. Then add the cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Continue to beat with a whisk and stir in the flour and baking powder, if at this point the mixture is a bit 'hard, add a few tablespoons of milk. Mix everything well. Distribute spoonfuls on the plate of the oven giving a rosette shape. Cover the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven at 180° C.
