Caffè Viennese
Ingredients
- Strong coffee mamis Gran Crema Coffee: 4 cups
- Dark chocolate: 120 g
- Whipped cream: 4 tablespoons
- Liquid cream: 4 tablespoons
- Sugar : to taste
- Cocoa powder: to taste
- Cinnamon: to taste
- Puffs: a dozen
Preparation
Prepare a mocha coffee. Melt in a saucepan, over medium heat (not to fry), chopped dark chocolate. Prepare 4 cups and add some cream. Once the coffee is ready, pour it into the cups. Sweeten with some sugar and then mix the melted chocolate with coffee. Then spray in each cup some whipped cream. Eventually, with a colander, sprinkle on each cup some cocoa powder and then sprinkle it with some cinnamon. Serve the coffee with puffs with honey or apricot jam.
